Order Processing

All orders for available inventory are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), but we do our best to ship your order as soon as we can.  You will receive an automated confirmation email when you successfully place your order.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Backordered items

Items that are temporarily unavailable can be purchased on backorder and will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available. Items that are on backorder will be indicated on the product description page including the expected availability date. In these cases, we may not be able to ship within our standard processing window and will temporarily hold your order until it becomes available. In some cases, we may fulfill the partial order and ship the remaining order when stock is available. Contact info@gypseabands.com for alternative shipping arrangements.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Within the US, we offer a simple flat fee for shipping on any order. You may qualify for a free shipping promotion based on your total order value. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer our merchandise to the following countries:

We pass on our discounted international shipping rates to you at checkout, without charging any additional fees. We offer international shipping through UPS to ensure the safety of your order. 

Estimated delivery dates may vary for international orders as many factors outside of our control such as the processing of orders through the local country customs office, economic or political events, weather, and seasonal volume can impact your order's journey. 



Import duties and taxes (VAT)

Your order will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gypsea Bands is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. You may be required to pay these local import duties and taxes to the carrier before they release the package to you. The carrier will provide instructions when they attempt delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gypseabands.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
